By browsing bootchappal.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order. BootChappal Footwear("BootChappal", "we", "us") is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under the laws of Pakistan to place an order, generally 18 years or older, or ordering with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or refuse any order, including after confirmation, in cases such as out-of-stock items, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
Every order gets a unique order number, sent by email/WhatsApp and usable on our Track Order page to follow its status.

We don't currently process online card payments. For bank transfer and mobile wallet orders, we confirm your order once payment is received and verified; we may call or message you to confirm payment details.
Returns, size exchanges, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All text, graphics, logos, product photography and site design on bootchappal.com belong to BootChappal Footwear unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, this includes placing fraudulent orders, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or scraping content without permission.
Our site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We don't control these platforms and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BootChappal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a purchased product, beyond the value of the order itself.
We may update these Terms as our platform or policies evolve. Changes take effect once posted here, with the "last updated" date above reflecting the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from them or your use of bootchappal.com are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
