How size exchanges, returns and refunds work within 3 days of delivery.

You have 3 days from the date your order is delivered to request a free size exchange or a return. This applies to every order placed on bootchappal.com, regardless of payment method.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the footwear must be:
Items that have been worn outdoors, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original box can't be accepted for a refund, though we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.

You can find your order number on the confirmation email/page, or by looking it up on the Track Order page.
Pickup is always free, for both size exchanges and full returns. We arrange and pay for the courier pickup, so there is no charge to you.
Size and colour exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we'll offer the closest in-stock alternative or a full refund instead.
Since we don't process card payments online, refunds are issued manually to your bank account or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash) once we've received and inspected the returned item. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business daysof the item reaching our warehouse. We'll confirm the refund method and reference with you directly, whether your original order was Cash on Delivery, bank transfer or mobile wallet.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. The wear and original-packaging conditions in Section 2 do not apply here.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it free of charge by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above instead.
Once your return or exchange is confirmed, its status (requested, picked up, received, refunded/exchanged) is reflected on the Track Order page using your order number.
