BootChappal Footwear("BootChappal", "we", "us") operates bootchappal.com from Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, customers and newsletter subscribers alike.
Placing an order. At checkout we collect your full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, chosen payment method (Cash on Delivery, bank transfer or mobile wallet) and any order notes you add. We use this solely to fulfil, ship and support your order.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send you updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can unsubscribe directly on our unsubscribe page.
Contact form. When you reach out through our Contact page, we collect your name, email, subject and message so our support team can respond.
Saved on your device only.While you're filling in the checkout form, your entries are saved temporarily in your browser's local storage so nothing is lost if the page reloads. This draft stays on your device and is cleared automatically once your order is placed; it is never transmitted to us until you click "Place order".
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at bootchappal.com. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with your order details.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using your browser's cookie settings, a tracker-blocking extension, or Google's own Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:
We keep order records for as long as needed for customer support, warranty, accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.
Your order and account data is stored in an access-controlled database. Admin accounts use hashed passwords, and our admin dashboard is not publicly accessible. No online transmission or storage method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical steps to protect your information.

BootChappal is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
